The word for Jew in Hebrew is Yehudi. The Bible says in Ephesians that if you are born again, you are now a fellow citizen of Israel. You are spiritually Jewish, a spiritual Yehudi. But what does the word 'Jew' mean? The word "Jew," or "Yehudi," can be translated as "the one who celebrates." What does that mean for you? That means that you have to be known as someone who celebrates - one who celebrates God, celebrates salvation, and celebrates all His blessings in your life. Is that you, or do you do more complaining than celebrating? Complaining is the opposite of celebrating. If you live a life of complaining and negativity, or even of fear or bitterness, then you're sinning against your own life; against your own identity and calling as a Yehudi. So start celebrating. Start celebrating that God loves you, that you're not going to hell, that you've been saved, that you're going to heaven, that you have food, shelter, clothing, breath, life, and the joy of knowing Him. For those who truly know God can't help but celebrate!
